Extreme Labs, Now Expanding to Narre Warren
Extreme Labs has run flexible workspaces from the Extreme Networks building in Carrum Downs since day one. It’s now expanding to Narre Warren, 23 private, lockable offices on Level 2 at 4A 30–32 Verdun Drive, from $240 per week + GST, opening early to mid January 2027. Private offices, meeting rooms, and no long-term lease.
Private offices for focused work
A dedicated office gives your business a base without the pressure of a long commercial lease. Narre Warren has 23 of them, most with natural light, and most around 50% larger than our Carrum Downs offices.
Meeting rooms when you need them
Meet clients, run team sessions or hold planning days in a professional setting. Narre Warren has a small meeting room and a larger boardroom with projector and whiteboards.

Carrum Downs has been home to Extreme Labs since the start. Narre Warren is the second site, in easy reach of Berwick, Hallam, Fountain Gate, Dandenong and Cranbourne.
